Robert is wonderful to work with. He asked the right questions to understand our needs and provide the best service and coverage for our events. I appreciate that he acts as our consultant and not just a salesman selling a product. He is there for us throughout our event planning process and follows up immediately after the event ends to see if we need to complete a claim or if there is anything else that we need. Although having to purchase event cancellation or rain insurance is something that can be a challenge, I've found Spectrum Weather to be very efficient and helpful in dealing with our rain insurance. Great service from Spectrum Weather and Specialty Insurance. We have used them for years and have collected once before. This year at the Norman County Fair in Ada MN we had a nasty batch of weather move through on Saturday, our busiest day. Tornado warnings heavy rain. We did collect on the rain insurance on a day where we would have lost a lot of money. Even the years we don’t collect it’s the peace of mind knowing if something like this happens you are protected from taking a financial hit. Thank you Robert Holmes for having our backs and keeping us informed of the different options available for us to use.
